OMFG! Darwin is swinging the stupid stick heavy today. So many absolutely clueless drivers. Hate so say it, but a vast majority were female. Saw one car getting a tow up Sierra Street near Nye Hall by some old dude in a Pathfinder. Using a chain. Line went slack for a moment then tight and... wait, its coming. Sure enough the entire front bumper on car, all the plastic cladding, etc yanked off and the old guy didn't even realize it for like 100'. LOL. Then there were the Julios in the low riders and the ricers that were all over the place. Of course there is the impatient Super Duty coming down Virginia near Bonanza casino-- lady driver could not be bothered with staying in line, so pulled off onto the right shoulder to jam forward. Too bad she didn't see the road marker and when she reacted, pulled right into the ditch. Made a nice V in the front end.

sure wish i had the camera...

LOL x 1000

I've had several texts from Reno with similar examples. Unfortunately, we don't have any snow yet down here.

No doubt the idiots will be out in full force today...I get to deal with them tonight when it all freezes !!! Then it really gets fun.

Be safe out there Bill. Maybe you should take the Blue Goose to work tonight instead of the cab.

The meter runs off the transmission...if I am "stuck" and keep spinning the wheels that meter keeps going too !!! I could add a couple of bucks to a run just by spinning at the stop lights ! LOL (but I wouldn't do that)

An hour and forty-five min to get from Plumb to Spanish springs! Bus passes for 90% of these people!

Don't know about Reno, but Carson is a giant ice rink tonight. Was pretty bad this morning, with the warm air and rain, that got 4-8 inches of snow on top of it. Made one to two inches of ice on everything. Fun times...

It's very icy up here right now. I'm about to skate home from work as we speak.

Very icy all over town. Freeway is dry so not too bad. Watch out for the glaze ice at intersections.

and then there is the other end of it. If you are to afraid to drive get the F*ck off the road and have Bill pick you up in his cab. 15 on the freeway for no reason? the road is dry?

That's the biggest hazard on snowy/icy days...those who are afraid to go over 10mph and those who think they can go 50 or 60mph on the same road together.

Anyone driven from Carson to Gardnerville so far? If I can get my crippled butt down my driveway, I need to make a run to Gardnerville?

And the ones going 50 - 60 are in 4wds and they are the ones I usually see on the side of the road crunched

You will be fine. Was a little icy this morning at 630 but was all good and I am in an F450 SuperDuty CC Dually so watch out . I make the round trip from Reno to Gooberville everyday.
