Need a gunsmith [Archive]

I have an old 22 Mag SA, bought it back in 89 or 90, and somehow the base pin has come up missing. Apparently you cant get one anymore from the manufacturer.

Now the gun is only worth about $75.00, but it is a fun plinker.

anyone know of someone that can help me out.

The pice I need is piece 16 - the base pin.

Have you checked Brownells? They have a lot of obsolete gun parts.

Todd at Mark Fore and Strike would be a good guy to go talk to. He would steer you to the right person.

looks like you can order it, but they dont have it.

Thanks for the leads - I will call them, I also got a lead on a Gunsmith, Pat's Guns from the folks at silver state.
