air compressor rings

So my HF central pneumatic compressor wont build more than 20lbs pressure before it starts blowing the pressure out the crank case. (it has about 10 hrs on it :maddance:) So I think I need new rings. Is there anywhere in Reno to get these? or am I ass out.
