Need help with my winchester model 1400 12 guage

Found this stock and butt on ebay for $60. The stock is broke on my 12 guage from a nasty little spill during quail season last year. Just wanting to confirm this stock and butt would work with my gun before I get all excited.

There should be no problem with installing that stock on your gun however before I'd buy something like that form ebay I'd check Sportsman's Warehouse in Reno. They have a nice assortment of synth stocks and it may even be about the same price. If it doesn't fit right just take it back. Just my 2 cents.
