Great news..that was my first letter to the ENF Cirkus. Second letter was ADA, young, and older user access....this was a very valid point that Pat (Washoe Wrangler) kept pounding home...and people picked up on. Public land is for the public.
During the meetings the ENF'ers said I could appeal if my letter was accepted.....I want my day in court.
Sad truth is they granted the extension so they could go to burning man...smoke some weed...and watch a 200' + bonfire during the worst fire year on record.....fawkin clowns.
