Nice looking buck man!!!! B2krawler and myself both shot two big bucks sunday night up above Doyle at around 8,000 ft. B2's ended up being a 4x6 at around 22". Unfortunately the one I shot next to his was only wounded. He was a bigger buck and a 4x4 or bigger. I tracked him last night for a few hours with no luck. Got back out on the blood trail this morning and we eventually lost it when the snow ran out. Hiked probably 5 miles.

Damn bear and coyote were tracking it all night and just kept pushing it. So B2 gave some of his meat. Pretty dissapointed right now:mad:

Dude, nice buck. I live on the east coast and you only see a rack like that on Hooter's girls :D The deer here can't even begin to compete in body size.

On the plus side I can hunt until New Years Eve!!!! Bow season started 3 weeks ago, black powder is on now, and rifle starts next week. I can bow/rifle hunt (whatever I feel like on a given day) through 31 Dec!!!!! Another down side is it takes a couple deer here to equal the meat of 1 decent muley..... :( Oh yeah, I haven't even hunted 1 day yet (work is such a burden!!!!)

Speed is good, accuracy is final. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

haha yup i am doing almost all jerky and salami:thumbsup: took it to butcher boy this morning and he weighed 140 so i sould have about 100 lbs of jerky and salami..:eek:

ya on friday we couldnt even hunt because we couldnt see more than 100 yards... so opening day kinda sucked but the rest of the trip was awesome

ya im taking it to a buddy on friday! never had a euro mount before so i thought i should try it... its alot cheaper and easier
