Cool. Must have been a great race for the fullsize stock class. Chad and Sam came in 3rd but they weren't far off the 1st place time.

We had mixed result for our team this race. The H2 that I prep had it's win streak broken with a transmission failure and an engine fire at mile 110, that was related to the trans spewing fluid out of the vent. We got the electrical repaired to find out the trans problems were internal and we did not have time to replace the tranny. It sucks, that trans was just rebuilt and put in for this race:( DNF for the first time in 2 years.

The H1 that I prepped for this race had a good race except for a fuel supply problem. It ran out of fuel 4 times, long before it should have. It was down 30 minutes or so with the fuel problem and lost the race by about 15 minutes.

The H3 had an awesome race, it was within 15 seconds of Scott Douglas for the first 2 laps, swaping the lead back and forth, The last lap Douglas fell out under the pressure and the H3 took it's first BITD win:beer:

for the shop's first ever desert race, first ever desert truck build, and the thing only running for 2 day's before we left 7th of 23 is not bad! though only 9 finished...

we had fuel issues all day, went through 8 filters, and burned up 1 fuel pump, broke the trac bar support brace, and a few other minor glitches.
