Yeah right, a "rigning" champion would have posed on the trophy; not an empty kecthup bottle. But no worries, I am slappin' a "Git yo pizza's here" sticker on the Nissan with a lighted sign on the top. It's hard being known as "Pizza's Boy" or is it Biotch:rolling: If pizza nite has a large drunk dunk supreme w/ pitcher of coors......I'm there:best:

Is that sh*t pink? You did a clean job. I''m not too hip on a tummy tuck. You should wheel it first and ask yotapower about TT and if he likes his.

JUST A SUGGESTION IF YOU LINK IT YOU NEED TO DO THE SAVAGE SHOCKS BECAUSE IT FLEXIS TO GOOD FOR THE STOCK ONES AND PULLS THEM APART:yes:

NevadaXJ
April 26th, 2006, 08:45 PM
I second the Savage shocks. I have them on mine, and I even have another set of shocks (and oil) laying around here somewhere, seeing as how they only seem to come in 8 packs....

kairo
April 26th, 2006, 08:46 PM
did you keep the links the same length as stock?

J.J.
April 26th, 2006, 08:48 PM
what can i do for ketchup-bottle-flex :D??? (without linking it)

i already drilled/filed out the bracket on the axles that limit flex and don't run shocks --- but i want more flex . right now, i can lift the front tire up 9" before the rear tire starts coming up.......what does everyone else have???

on the little ones (dont know if it applies to the big ones) you can relocate the spring mounts more vertically, that will help.

Also, shorten the tube and stopper inside the coil over. love those technical terms.

I also cut a few coils out of my smaller one for softer suspension

that's the first thing i did besides paint---shorten the "stopper". the only problem is, the shoks------>:nuke: (:shhh: that's why i don't run shocks :nervous:)

DRIVNMF HAS PICS OF MINE ON HIS COURSE BUT IS TO SCARED TO SHOW THEM BECAUSE I SCHOOLED HIM.(SO DONT THINK IT DOESNT HIT THE ROCKS) FIRST SUGGESTION IS THERE ARE THREE SCREWS ON THE BLUE BLOCK(LINKS) IN THE FRONT LENGTHEN IT BY RUNNING 2 SCREWS. DONT DUE IT IN THE REAR CAUSE YOU WILL BREAK IT!!!!! I WOULDNT SUGGEST LINKING IT BECAUSE IN THE ROCKS THEY DO JUST AS GOOD WITH THE BLUE PIECES(LINKS) IT TOOK ALOT OF TRIAL AND ERROR AND MORE $ THAN I WANTED TO SPEND ON IT I HAVE $60 IN SHOCKS AND $30 IN LINKS(NOT WORTH IT:no: ) KEEP IT STOCK AS POSSIBLE:yes: REMOVE THE SKID PLATES AND REMOUNT YOUR SHOCKS TO THE CENTER AND YOU WILL DO JUST AS GOOD AS US:yes:

J.J.
April 26th, 2006, 09:20 PM
i just lengthened the wheelbase---now i get the front tire up 10" before the rear starts to lift :chuckle:
