Total noob question I just need a quik answer, ok so here it go's, Is my front sway bar the bar connected to the frame and axle? Cause in the rear the bar was connected frame to frame. I just don't want to mess with anything important. Yeah I know I'm a :loser:.

Swaybar controls sway, trackbar controls the movement of the axle side-to-side in relation to the frame.
Swaybar is a u-shaped bar that connect via 2 bushings to the frame (usually) and has 2 links that connect the ends of the bar to the axle.
Trackbar is a bar that connects to the frame at one end and to the axle at another.

my buddy drives his yj around without a swaybar without any problems, my vote is to ditch the swaybar all together
