Soldering needed

I need a 50 uF capacitory removed and a new one installed on a board out of a digital climate control unit. I just need the soldering done, and I don't feel like cooking the unit. Sandy's has the capacitor, but the privateer that does their work hasn't returned my calls. Probably to small a job, or a PIA.
I'm having trouble finding a good person to do this work. Any help is welcome. Thanks
