Its collecting dust in the garage because I have no time for it :(

Its a kick. I used it to commute to work one summer.

4 stroke - street legal - disc brake - not the average mini-chopper you get at Pep-Boys.

Do you need a bike license for that thing??

No license required because it's 50cc.
It falls under moped law, as long I keep it under 30mph.
