another easy place for trailers is to head south on pine haven, like ur going to the regular entrance, but turn right at the caughlin mini-storage place, then just before the specific entrance to the mini-storge, turn right uphill onto the gravel/dirt road. This winds up and around the storage facility and next to the SPPCO sub-station. Ther is a lot of level, flat area to park a trailer and is well away from the nearby homes, so thats my suggestion.

Newbie to site. ? Last time I went up HLT skyline ended in dirt road and sheriffes would chase us in dodge crew cabs for building pallete fires. I want to check out old stomping grounds on my ATV and want to know what the rules are for parking trailer and unloading with all those houses at trail head. Don't want to piss off home owners. Great web site. Hope you 4X4 rigs don't mind ATV people on this site, I figure we all share same interests in outdoors.

Most park thier tow rigs at the end of the street, right next to the entrance. Some also pull up on the trail about 50 feet and park them on the flat spot there.

You can park your trailer on the street at the trailhead to the west of there, I forget the name of the road but I believe I know the one you are speaking of that is a culdesac.
Do not forget that the dirt is private property for at least a mile and that fires require a permit.
