BRT for me as well...

Aw crap...given the turnout thus far I will pass on BRT and lend a hand with this cleanup. It's a local area with lots of coverage and if there isn't a good turnout it would be bad. Count me in you (insert favorite derogatory word here)!

Spoke with Larry Anderson this weekend & the County/City/FS have put together a cleanup for Saturday May 12th. It is supposed to be advertised in the paper, etc.:nervous:

There will be multiple Dumpsters for trash.

Permission to drag out the vehicles has been granted. We will need many vehicles with winches to get the wrecks out on the roads, and BIG Burly Full size trucks to drag out the heavy ones.

We will have access to anywhere to remove the trash & drag out the abondoned vehicles.

They will provide lunch.

I will provide beer -after. Just need a place to set the keg.

That sucks, we already have a big trip planned that weekend to Barney Riley trail.:(

Well trash will help a LOT. I work at the AASF in stead as a blackhawk crew chief for NV ARMY GUARD. I pushed and got it on the flight schedule to air lift as many vehicles as we can off Pevine and surrounding areas, to include the ones sitting in the lake at Lemmon valley and possible above sun valley (all depending on clearance of aircraft and time available) It is not happening this weekend or next week, but should start to POP the following week. :D
