Hi: I need a low-priced used barrel for a Colt auto in 45 acp, either standard Govt model length or Commander length. I recently picked up a Colt Commander for what I thought was a bargain price...then I found out that it wouldn't feed reliably because the (original Colt) barrel has a hole for the link pin that was drilled off-center. My gunsmith can't fix it and says it needs a new barrel. I was hoping that someone reading this had replaced the barrel on their Colt or Springfield Armory 1911 pistol with some fancy, match grade BarSto and had the old, original equipment barrel just sitting around collecting dust. It can be either Commander-length or standard Govt Model length, because my gunsmith says he'll cut the longer one down for no charge.

Looking to sell my PTR-91 .308 These are exact clones of the HK-91 Rifles an some say even better than the og. Not sure if thats true as i've never shot and og HK, but I can tell you the PTR is a nice gun. Very good accuarcy for a semi-auto I have never shot it beyond 100 yards but it is very accurate at that range. I never finished fully getting a load put together for this, so its been shot maybe 100 times at most. ( if you reload i could give you the notes on whats been tried so far. It is a pretty heavy gun but I'm sure you can handle it. Had a really hard time deciding to sell this but I really want a nice o/u for trap. I have about $1700 Put into it all together looking to get $1400 obo. Not really interested in trades but if you have a offer shoot it by me u never know. I have decided to start a cartridge collection. I am going to build up a bunch of different cartridges and make a little display for them just as something to hang on the wall or a conversation piece. I would like to get 1 cartridge from every caliber that is out there. If you can spare a cartridge or have a real odd ball one let me know. I don't want to buy boxes of ammo for 1 cartridge. I only have a few calibers so far and I am in need of just about all calibers so let me know what you have. Thanks!
