IDK Kanin I like it ... It is very nice.. of course its no WJ but it is really sleek

That interior is so nice... I would be very nervous having dogs and an interior color like that.. I like how the two toned it with the black carpet.. Nin I think depending on settlements you should consider it!

Does it have the type of towing specs you wanted?
REST IN PEACE My dear big brother. You will always be in my heart. I miss you so much

I think ill wait till the Trail Hawk comes out ....... but I guess the v6 is suppose to put out about 280HP

The 2011 Grand Cherokee will get a much more powerful V-6 base engine putting out 280 hp, compared with the outgoing model’s 210 hp, while getting slightly better mileage: 16/23 mpg city/highway, up from 16/21 for the two-wheel-drive model. Its power bests the Edge and Murano by 15 hp, but the competition's mileage is better, at 17/24 and 18/23 mpg, respectively.

All I know is with that stupid ass air suspension it would be almost as easy to buy axles for and lift an M Class. The body is rad but as far as modifying it goes it looks like a nightmare.

but the quadra air suspension might make it really interesting .. and who knows might look better in person ...the front does kinda give the hint of the WJ tho the back looks like a BMW
i think it looks like a pacifica with a jeep grill

Looks like a BMW X5. Not saying that as a bad thing. I just hate how all the car/trucks/suvs are all starting to look alike more and more.

well, it is pretty, though I haven't read in here that anyone has picked up on the fact that you don't get ground clearance under the diffs unless there are larger diameter tires. Raising the body is nice, but a couple of low pumpkins are like shovels.

I love it! I was going to get a 2010 GC Limited in the Spring, even though I hate the boxy look. I just planned on making it my DD till 2012 when the proposed GC Hybrids come out and trade it in for one of those. I like this a lot better, they went back to the smoother looking WJ look. Never understood why they went to that boxy look other than to mimic the Hummer. When the XJ's were new the big complaint everyone had was their plain boxy look.

I did have some concerns about a first year Jeep Hybrid. I think maybe I'll wait till these come out and then trade it in after 2 years for the second year hybrid. Wonder what the MSRP on these in the Limited model is going to run, $65,000?

Did anybody notice the front, low-angle view???

It looks like the radiator is part of the skid plate ! Hitting that would be worse than bumping or denting your dif.
    Not a lot...just a bit-'o-sin

If you are as young as you feel, just feel the young ones !!! (18+ only LOL) º¿º

One good point, That air bag lift system means you'll have an on-board air compressor that can probably be modified for airing up tires !!

    Thumbs down

The 2011 Grand Cherokee will get a much more powerful V-6 base engine putting out 280 hp, compared with the outgoing model’s 210 hp, while getting slightly better mileage: 16/23 mpg city/highway, up from 16/21 for the two-wheel-drive model. Its power bests the Edge and Murano by 15 hp, but the competition's mileage is better, at 17/24 and 18/23 mpg, respectively.

The Edge numbers are for 2010...compare that to a 2010 Grand Cherokee - 210hp. The 2011 Edge may likely use the Ecoboost V6, which makes 365hp in the 2010 Taurus SHO (and 350ft-lbs @ 1500rpms).

Mileage is 16/21 Cherokee, 18/25 Edge.

Weight is 4,400 Cherokee, 4,000 Edge.

Automitive.com compares the Cherokee to the Explorer?!?

Don't know if I'd buy a car from Chrysler...I mean Government Motors...I mean Congress...I mean taxpayers. Hey, wouldn't I own a portion of every vehicle Jeep makes.

So whoever purchases a Cherokee has to offer free rides to R4x4 members.

Kids in diapers today will be wheeling the hell out of these tomorrow, and when they are it will be old outdated technology compaired to what ever the brand new stuff that will be out when they are that age. Maybe they'll finally have the flying cars that fold up into a brief case by then?

They'll be looking at the XJ, Zj and WJ as some old ugly POS like most people consider the old FSJ's now.
