Scalers?

Just wonderin if anyone else has scalers on here. If so, post them up!

Heres my JK
Scx10 frame, axial axles/trans, and beadlocks on rc4wd Tomahawk tires.




Im also working on a 4door chevy truck, but i wont have any pics until i get the body sometime this week.

Thanks man. And believe me, if I have the patience to build a scaler and make it turn out pretty good, you should too.

and bamftruck, Yeah he took a nice fall off the hood of the truck, so i super glued a screw on but it fell off too. You cant really notice that his leg is missing when he's in the back of the Jeep.

I don't know if you know this but the highlift jack is bent and missing its base...and your missing your taillights so that a defiant ticket if anyone builds a scaler nhp rig... nice looking

HAHA yeah I know the jack is thrashed. Its missing the handle as well. It took a nice fall off the trailer at Sand Mountain this weekend. And I will be putting the lights back in sometime after i get the leds glued in and all that happy stuff.

& chasinbaja- the body is off a New Bright rc from Walmart. They used to be easy to get, but nowdays if you can find one for under $75, thats a good deal. I was lucky enough to get this one for $50

And does the cr01 YJ come with a hard body? Ive heard both, and was wondering. Especially since Tamiya disco'd the cc01 YJ..

yes the CR01 Wrangler YJ, comes with a hard body and working lights
i just need to lower the body a bit, to eas up on the rollovers

I bought that one on e-bay new (Tamiya Toyota Helix body kit) for $200

you can get them on e-bay used for alot cheaper....maybe needs a paint job or a little fixing-up

I tryed to buy one from CKRC first but like Brad said only the bed was av.


Rhett, i do believe is going to the first comp, wish i was going, they say they can cover me on Dec and Jan's comp ....will see
