    big horns

Has anyone been to a reno bighorns game? If so are they any good? I've been thinking about taking the family to a game but I haven't heard any feedback on the games.

Yes I went last Saturday for the 1st time. It was a good game.
Ticket are 10-15$ and they charge full price for kids 2 and up. The
seats were only half full. I'd recommend going. It was a good time.
And those cheerleaders are somethin else!!

I agree that it's worth going. I went to a game last Sunday afternoon. We got slaughtered. I heard something on the sports news about the Bighorns undergoing some major changes but I never heard exactly what that was about.

There is one major flaw in D-league ball. If a player is any good then he gets moved up. It's hard to get too much of a home-team cheering attitude when your favorite players could be taken away at any time.

Anyway, I've only been twice and I was glad that I went both times.

Most of the teams on this league are equally matched so the games are usually close. The announcer really gets into the "Reno Big Horn Basketball" thing. You'll be finding yourself saying it.

If you're looking for some cheap basketball spectator fun, this is the ticket in Reno.
Flex? What's that? I don't need flex for muddin'.
