Trailer project HELP!!!

Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I have been on shame on me! So I need some help my friend is giving me a jet ski trailer that is converted almost (lol) to a flat bed utility trailer. Problem is one of the axlesis broken so I figured maybe someone has an old one laying around they want to get rid of but here are my problems:

1: I am unemployed so there are no extra funds laying around
2: I don't know what type it would use, where to measure, ect.

I want to someday put 35's under it but for now could use a rolling trailer for camping and hauling crap. Any help would be appreciated sorry if that post sounded dumb but I'm kind of clueless.

what kind of axles does it have and how did they break? way too much weight?

Normally when an axle breaks it's the weld that holds the spindle to the tubing. A few minutes with a torch and a welder will usually get them back together good enough to work till a bettter axle can be found.
