I haven't seen anyone sell that locally, but I bet you could make something similar or better with a piece of alum plate and some copper tube and run diesel through the tube to cool it and exchange heat. Thats how the FCM is cooled on my dmax and all older Emodel cat engines ran fuel through the computer to cool them.

Diamond Diesel on Marrieta next to Oasis Water Gardens normally has them in stock. I just installed one last week.
Not too many diesel specific shops in town but perhaps Sierra Diesel Injection on Mill. I hear SS Diesel makes good products though.
