    A recovery is a recovery

A recovery is a recovery It's not always the size of the vehicle that counts. I have basically been in heal mode since my last surgery so today was a big one for me. My son was wanting to cut down the front fenders on his 450r. It must be a youth thing since to me it looks like he is just going to get covered in mud now. Well while I was trying to give him a few choices on how his project could be done a kid walks up to our garage soaked head to toe.He is shivering pretty good and I am trying to understand what he is saying about giving him a hand. I have my son get him a couple towels to dry off and try to warm him up. We live right next to the Fernley Canal so by this time I have put 2 plus 2 together. Luckily for this guy my son was home or he would have had to keep searching. I told my son pictures had to be taken or it didn't happen. The retrieval itself was pretty straight forward I just had my son put on his waders since this was going to be a watery hook up. All in all this was a pretty exciting day for me.Hopefully by summertime I am in better shape and able to hit the trails and get out for some trail time. It ended up only being the third time the guy had ridden a quad and he was borrowing in from a neighbor

best thing about those, is you pull the plug, pump out the cylinder, drain the carb and oil...and the darn thing will run for another 15 years. ATVs are so durable.
