Cool Dog Valley - Boca snow fun?

So I am looking to get out and hit the snow in boca via the dog vallley connection and hopefully find myself stuck in a few places. Any one else down to come? Going to go probably Dec 18 or 19?

First things first...Who are you ???? LOL Just giving you a hard time !

Welcome to the forum, now post up an introduction and maybe some info about yourself and your rig. Also pics of your rig.

The 19th might be a possibility.

    Ok will do. LOL

In the mean time, I have an 09 Tacoma, TRD. Its not heavily modified as its my daily driver. But I built it for the snow. Hence the husky part. And I will update my profile soon. I am on the ttora and tacoma forums a bunch and just recently found reno 4x4. I do a bunch of trail around here. Mostly easy stuff as I love to hike while trailin.

peavine, Hunter Lake Trail (aka HLT) and Steve's loop and anywhere in the jumbo grade area is good for stockish rigs.

It is located off Pyramid Hwy almost to the lake. Nice canyon leading to a mountain top overlooking Pyramid lake.

I was waiting to see what others were thinking but I was kinda hoping for the 18 or 19 and meeting up around 10. It's going to snow and in boca the springs are snowed in. That would be a nice challenge.

i'm pretty sure if you dont want to run the rocky part you can go around the other way and theres like no rocks to crawl over at all if I remember right. Then you can still see the bitchen view of the lake at the top of the till. Theres a ton of dirt roads in that area too

Maybe we could take him thru Bronco Canyon...only a few rocks there ! LOL

On Steve's, you could just come in the back way to the summit and back out the same way, avoiding the rocks completely but still get the view.

Lagomarsino Canyon is a better bet for a mostly stock Taco.
