    Motorcycle exhaust pipe dent removal

I have a big dent in my exhaust pipe header. Does anyone know of a shop locally that can work on that? I'm trying to avoid buying a new header$$$.

If you can fit it in your freezer, fill it part way with water so the area with the dent is filled with the water. Then put it in the freezer. If done right, the dent will pop out.

Here's a video for reference. Apparently, it works better if you fill it completely with water:

Thanks, I'm going to try that. It just barely fits in my freezer. I used oil drain plugs to close up the o2 sensor holes.

There are a few different methods. Pressurize it with a pressure washer, pops the dents out. Cap both ends and fill it with air and heat the dents out. Freezer, never been to successful for me.

Pressure washer will get huge dents out. Heating the dents will get the small dents out, will look the best but wreck any coating.

Well, it's in the freezer right now. If that doesn't work I'll try Reno KTM.
