    What are you drinking?

Saw this on another forum (aaarg) so what are you drinking right Now?

I'm having some Bailey's Irish cream and espresso. I steamed 1/2 cup whole milk and 2oz Bailey's together and added it to a double shot of espresso. Beans were from the Virginia city roasting co. (Bella carmona medium roast) for a sweeter brew use 1oz of baileys, 1oz of non irish cream coffee creamer.

Lavazza Kilimanjaro, vanilla creamer. I don't have a fancy pot or a grinder but it does the job.

Today's is almond milk iced espresso blended. 4 shots of espresso brewed over 1Tbs raw sugar. Mix. Pour 1/2 cup of almond milk over 1cup of ice in ninja blender cup. Add espresso and 1teaspoon vanilla extract and blend for 30 seconds. Makes about 2 cups.

Ugh, my espresso machine shit the bed a few weeks ago and I've been stuck only with pour-over lately. Too broke to go drop $600 on a new quality machine.

    Lol, no.

I'd hit Hub or Bibo, or at the very least, Human Bean.

Also, every $5 cup of coffee I buy is $5 less I have to put towards a new machine.

I'm starchucks, trained by an actual barista, but use better ingredients

Virginia city roasters is also top notch. I've tried hubs beans, sb beans, VC roasters. So far I like the VC beans best

    Not a coffee fan, sorry!

I'm drinking a Centennial IPA from Founders Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It's my Go-To IPA for camping, since it comes in cans and isn't ridiculously expensive like Ballast Point beers are.

We're just getting ready for tomorrow (St Patrick's Day) when the Guinness will be flowing!

    Cheers!

Best of both worlds - coffee stout! Bourbon barrel aged and 13.2% ABV. Definitely no wheelin’ after this.

Low carb AKA , no soda, no juice, no sweet tea and if drinking alcohol then shots only to keep the calories down...

Lots of fun right? I'm down 20lbs from my last diet and got under 200lbs. I havent been under 200lbs in 20 years. I dont want to, I HAVE to buy new clothes...

On that note when I do stray from the diet I've been dinking 805 while out... Dont drink beer at home because of the calories

    I did that last year.
Rum and diet coke, diet shasta grapefruit and tequila, sugar free Mio sweet tea, seltzer water, in a long island iced tea.. Lost 45 pounds.
    Then gained it all back.

Thats part of why I'm going no sugar or substitutes. I see a lot of people diet using substitute sugar diet products, when they fall off the wagon they gain it all back from the same crap food. Over 5 years or so I cut sugary products out of my daily diet. Doing that I've become highly sensitive to sugar and sweets, on the rare occasion I have a soda its like drinking maple syrup to me. Forcing myself to find healthy food to eat that I like on my diet makes it easy to not slip very far when I do slip on my diet. Now even when not dieting I dont hardly touch anything that is high in sugar/fats. t

Just something to think about next go around...not on a diet I eat better now than most people do on a diet by habit.

Good luck getting back on the wagon..
