When you lock them with the key they work or with the FOB?

Broken wire located in the door jam conduit is the number one reason for door pod issues.

Just curious, does the passenger side switch work for unlock? If it does I would look up the part numbers and see if they are the same. If they are I would swap them side to side and see if the problem follows.

if the pass side unlock also does not work, i would look at the unlock relay.

On my 1998 GMC the window switch only worked some times. I discovered that where the switches attach to the printed circuit board they have a twisted mounting tabs that goes through and makes the connection. One of them was not making contact all the time, so just a slight twist with needle nose pliers fixed it. I think the lock switch mounts the same way.
