The blurb said the JK has awful reliability. I've had mine three years and have had ZERO issues. Seems pretty reliable to me.

The JK remains second to none with regard to its off-road abilities, but it’s cramped, noisy, unrefined, and brutal over the bumps as a daily driver.
Isn't this why you'd buy a Jeep? Compared to the CJ, YJ, and TJ, the JK is almost a luxury vehicle. Just be glad Jeeps haven't gone the way of the Land Cruiser and turned into a freaking $90,000 mini van.
Not all Americans are born in America, we have to wait for some to make it home.

I've had one issue with my 2012 jku. Random stutter couldn't figure it out. Finally got it to happen, and held down there throttle till it went into limp mode and threw a code. 18.99 for a new crankshaft position sensor. Cheapest vehicle I've owned yet

I've had my jk since 2007, it has over 100 grand on it and it has been a good vehicle. Clint's post above says it all. What Forbes said about Jeep is average for someone who is comparing Jeeps to cars.
