Old tanks and what to do with them

I have a set of tanks for an oxy-acetylene rig that have been sitting in a closes or in the corner of my garage for 10 years at least. Last I checked there was gas in both tanks but I am certain they are well past their test dates. The oxygen tank is labeled at 83 SCF and the acetylene tank is labeled at 70 SCF.

I'm not sure what to do with them at this point. Can I trade them in on full certified ones? Since I obviously don't use the gas rig much will a welding supply place buy them from me?

    Any suggestions?

You can trade them in. Mine are probably that old but I haven't been too worried about it
