    Radiator repair?

Where is the best place to get a radiator repaired in Reno? The radiator in my FJ was leaking pretty bad. I have it out and need to get it fixed. It is not the stock radiator, and I don't know what it came out of, so fixing this one is simplest.

A1 might be the only game in town now. They can do it but their customer service is not that impressive.

Well, looking through google and yelp reviews, I don't think A1 is for me, lots of complaints. I don't find McCarren reviews and one site said it's permanently closed. When I search radiator repair, 95% of the results I get are for replacement or for some car repairs that have nothing to do with radiators. Fixing things is becoming a thing of the past I guess.

We use A1 for our business and I have zero complaints with their service. We've even had some same day repairs.

I don't know what to buy. It is not the stock radiator, and I don't know what it came out of. So far searching for the demensions hasn't been successful.

I took the radiator down there to A1, but was not happy with the service so I left with it. I may just have to repair it myself.

I imagine that if you know how their service works it would be fine, but I felt he was being intentionally evasive about the costs. If it's that hard to get answers before they have my money or radiator, I don't want to go any further. I'm picky.

Summit racings website lets you search by just about everything you might have in dimensions and locations of the in/out. Should be easy to find what you need.

Yep, that's exactly how they roll. Guess since they're the only game in town they don't care.
