    Contaminated brake pads

So I had a leaking rear seal. Repaired the seal, but just cleaned up the brake pads as best I could with degreaser and brake cleaner wiped down the rotors and put it back together.

Now after driving I notice my rotor feels gummed up. Cleaned it all again and checked to see if the seal was leaking again, but can't see a leak. Put it back together.

Drove today and once the rotors cooled down ran my finger across and once again feels gummed up.

Could it be the contaminated brake pads when hot are oozing and gumming up the rotors?

    Thanks
