Say what you want about the Jackass crew, they are funny as hell. I have enjoyed watching their antics for years and he will be missed.

I don't know if that is his vehicle or not but I did read there was a bad fire. I just hope the accident killed him and not the fire. But the autopsy will show if that is the case or not.

Hard to tell what that is, but if he flew 40' before hitting the tree, he had to be going super fast and the impact would have at least rendered him unconscious so he would be unaware of the fire. I too hate the thought of being trapped in a burning vehicle. Those last few seconds when you leave the roadway and see that tree 40' ahead coming at you is bad enough.

Being that it was 2 something in the morning I doubt he saw much of anything.

With a triple the legal limit BAC

Where did you hear that or is that your guess?

Autopsy's are done the same day or within 24 hours in most cases. Blood tox takes time to get back. BAC is quicker then drug panels though, but they still take time. I hadn't heard any results are out.

If he was drunk then he was stupid for driving. I've worked many fatal DUI accidents, its horrible especially innocent victims, the family and their friends.

it seems everybody on the interstupids is morning this guys death. but not to many people are talking about the guy in the pass. seat that was killed as a result of a drunk driver doing 130 mph.??????
i know it sounds cold, but the fact is no matter how funny he was or how many toy cars he stuck in his butt. the guy killed somebody. and i dont think that should be forgoten.
